• A US Presidential campaign needed an inexpensive, versatile way for volunteers working from home to call constituents—a step forward from the traditional big-box call center. Tailored Technologies created a customized, revolutionary Voice Over IP (VoIP) telephone system for the campaign that allowed volunteers to call constituents for a fraction of the cost of a call center, and with the capability to handle a dynamically changing load of calls that a calling campaign required. Since most calls are placed during the evening hours, our system had the resources to accommodate the spike in evening calls without wasting resources during the less-popular daytime calling hours.
