- Imagine being the founder of a startup company that’s grown quickly from one employee to 20 employees spread across three states. After we learned exactly what his company’s needs were, we researched and implemented a solution that allows other staff to assist the company owner with timesheet management. - Another client owned a firm and had multiple offsite assistants. Since her assistants weren’t in her office, they weren’t able to assist her with the vital task of fielding company phone calls. Constantly answering the telephone was wreaking havoc on our client’s productivity, so we used Voice Over IP (VoIP) to connect the owner with her assistants on one telephone system. The owner couldn’t thank us enough when her new phone system allowed company calls to ring through to her assistants, allowing her to work in uninterrupted peace while they handled phone calls and voicemail as though they were in the office with her.
